1967 Olivetti Lettera 32 Serial # 2944864 1967 Olivetti Lettera 32 typewriter, Serial # 2944864 Erik Bruchez's 1967 Olivetti Lettera 32 typewriter. 2019-05-14 From the Virtual Typewriter Collection of Erik Bruchez: 1967 Olivetti Lettera 32 Serial # 2944864 I bought this machine in Switzerland. It was already reconditioned by somebody in Luzern and it was ready to go. It features an Italian keyboard, which takes getting used to, but also has all the characters needed to write French, which is great. It is almost in perfect condition.

Now, one problem it has is that some letters don't print perfectly. See for example the "s" and the "p". I am not sure there is a solution to that.

I started collecting my first pre-WW2 standard typewriters in 2017. Since then I have added a few machines to my collection, which now ranges from the 1890s to the 1970s. As of April 2019, I have more big standard (desktop) typewriters than portables, and a few standard electrics.
